Description

The test system is mainly a cost-effective IC tester targeting at mass production testing of consumer IC products, which can be adapted to chip testing and finished product testing of ICs. It can test linear circuits such as operational amplifiers, amplifier circuits, motor driver circuits, power management circuits, radio circuits, and other analog circuits and low-end digital circuits. The tester provides abundant expandable hardware resources. The basic hardware configuration provides 8 high-precision voltage and current sources, 64 user relays, and AB station ping-pong test and 1-8 channel parallel test functions through software settings. It is composed of test cabinet, board box, test head, computer host, and computer display.
